When can I take a tour of your facility?

Tours of our facility are offered anytime during regular business hours. Just drop in when it is convenient for you and we’ll have a staff member show you around.

Why should I tour your facility?

We recommend that you take a tour of our facility prior to your arrival date because this speed the arrival process for you and your pet(s).

What vaccinations should I get for my pet?

We request shots be administered at least 10 days prior to your arrival. This will allow the vaccine to develop effectiveness and will give you time to watch for any adverse reaction that it may cause.

Dogs: DHLPP (corona is highly recommended), rabies, and Bordatella
Cats: FVRCP, rabies, and leukemia

How can I prove my pets have up-to-date vaccinations?

We prefer that you have your veterinarian fax your pet’s shot records or call us prior to your arrival date so that we may prepare our records prior to your arrival.

Phone: 425.483.9333
FAX: 425.487.6454

Should I bring a supply of my pet's food?

You can either bring your pet’s food or we will provide Kirkland Chicken and Rice for dogs and Kirkland adult maintenance for cats. If you feed canned or specialty foods, please bring those along. We have a refrigerator/freezer to accommodate specialty foods requiring refrigeration. If you are boarding an exotic pet please bring enough food to last through your pet’s stay

What kinds of equipment/toys can I bring for my pet's stay?

We strongly recommend that you bring a bed or blanket of adequate size since your bedding will carry familiar scents which will help ease your pet’s transition. We also allow toys, treats, and anything you feel will make your pet more comfortable during their stay. We do, however, request that you not bring rawhide chews or toys smaller than 2 inches in size as those things easily enter and clog our septic system.

What happens if my pet is injured or becomes sick during their stay?

We will contact you our your designated alternate in case of serious problems. We also keep your veterinarian’s name and phone number in our records so that we may contact them for major emergencies and consultations. If something happens after your veterinarian’s office is closed or a non-life-threatening illness occurs, we contract with a mobile veterinarian who remains on-call 24 hours per day.

Is there a check-out time when the charges change?

We have arranged our system to follow the same model as most hotels and resorts. We have set a 12:00 noon check-out time. While our guests may stay beyond this time, charges for an additional day will be added to your bill unless you have made prior arrangements for your pet to receive a bath or groom on its last day.

Why must I pay extra for exercise periods for my pet?

We have separated the charges for each of our services for the convenience of those who want to minimize their costs.

Why should I schedule Hikes and/or Play Times for my pet?

We have created a very open, active, social environment for boarding your pet. Taking advantage of our exercise programs provides extra, high quality, one-on-one time for your pet and it helps break up your pet’s day.

Will my dog get to play with other dogs?

We offer a group playtime option where your dog will have fun playing with other dogs for at least three hours in our daycare room. The group playtime option requires some additional steps to enroll your dog for Daycare prior to arriving for boarding.

Do cats need Play Times?

We prefer that each of our feline guests receive time in our play area to stretch out and have an environmental change. However, some cats prefer to keep to themselves and would rather not engage in play time. We will adapt to whichever choice your cat selects.

Will my cat(s) be with other cat(s)?

We prefer to keep cats separated at all times. It has been our experience that cats tend to avoid group socialization. Separation also helps prevent any cross-contamination of cat illnesses.
